A modern dessert inspired by Dubai’s golden flavors — crafted with Alkiş Pistachio Cream, roasted kataifi, and fine milk chocolate.
Each bite blends silky cream, crunchy pastry, and juicy strawberries for a perfect East-meets-West delight.
Ingredients (2 cups)
- 40 g Alkis Roasted Kataifi (Shredded Fillo Dough)
- 60 g Alkiş Pistachio Cream (thick and smooth)
- 70 g melted milk chocolate
- 5 g tahini (optional)
- 5 g chopped pistachios (for topping)
- Fresh strawberries, diced
Method
- Prepare the base: Toast kataifi until golden (skip if using roasted). Let cool, then mix with Alkış Pistachio Cream and tahini.
- Melt chocolate: Gently melt with a splash of coconut oil for shine.
- Assemble: Layer strawberries, pistachio-kataifi mix, and chocolate in a clear glass. Repeat and top with pistachios.
- Chill: Refrigerate 1–2 hours for a creamy-crunchy texture.
