Method

  1. Prepare the base: Toast kataifi until golden (skip if using roasted). Let cool, then mix with Alkış Pistachio Cream and tahini.
  2. Melt chocolate: Gently melt with a splash of coconut oil for shine.
  3. Assemble: Layer strawberries, pistachio-kataifi mix, and chocolate in a clear glass. Repeat and top with pistachios.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate 1–2 hours for a creamy-crunchy texture.
