Return Policy
1. Return Period
• Food Products: You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. For any questions, please contact us at info@alkisfoods.com .
If the issue is caused by the seller, you are entitled to a return.
This situation includes:
• Leakage
• Foreign objects or substances found inside the product
• Severely deformed packaging that renders the product unusable
• Products that have molded or spoiled before their expiration date
If you encounter any of the above situations:
• You must notify the seller within 3 business days of delivery.
• To prove that the damage is not caused by you, we may request photo or video evidence. Cooperating with this process helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• This only applies to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Just for returns due to seller-related issues, shipping costs will be covered by us.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
• Opened or partially consumed food products
• Perishable items not stored properly after delivery
• Wholesale/bulk orders (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
• Items past the return period
• Products opened but returned for subjective reasons (taste, smell, appearance, etc.)
• Minor damage to the shipping box
• Packaging defects that do not affect the product quality
3. Issues Caused by Shipping Companies
• Lost Items: Applies when the order has been in transit for over 2 weeks or is marked as lost in the tracking system.
• Incorrect Delivery: Applies if the package is marked “delivered” but has not been received.
• Damaged Items: Applies if the shipping box or product is visibly and severely (unuseable) damaged during transit.
• In such cases, you must contact us within 3 business days after the estimated delivery date provided by the shipping company.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
For cancellations after this stage, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist you.
To ensure fair treatment for all customers, we monitor return requests and reserve the right to refuse returns that we believe to be abusive, inconsistent, or suspicious.
5. Initiating a Return
To request a return, please email info@alkisfoods.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Supporting documentation such as photos or videos (if required)
