A modern dessert inspired by Dubai’s golden flavors — made with Alkiş Pistachio Cream, roasted Kataifi, and fine milk chocolate.
Crispy, creamy, and rich — all in one bite.
Ingredients (1 bar mold)
- 35 g Alkiş Dried Kataifi (Shredded Fillo Dough) –roasted until golden
- or just use Alkis Roasted Kataifi (Shredded Fillo Dough)
- 75 g Alkiş Pistachio Cream – thick and smooth, not runny
- 80 g Milk Chocolate, melted
- 10 g Tahini (optional)
- 5 g Coconut Oil (optional, for shine)
- 5 g Chopped Pistachios for garnish

Method

Roast the kataifi (use Alkis Roasted Kataifi (Shredded Fillo Dough) to skip this step)
Heat oven to 200°C (fan).
Slice kataifi into thin strips, chop finely, and spread on a tray.
Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring every few minutes until crisp and golden. Cool completely. -
Make the filling
In a bowl, combine roasted kataifi, Alkiş Pistachio Cream, and tahini.
Mix until thick. Chill for 1 hour so it firms up. -
Make the shell
Melt milk chocolate with coconut oil.
Pour a thin layer into a silicone mold and chill until set. -
Assemble
Add the pistachio–kataifi filling, press lightly, and cover with the remaining chocolate.
Smooth the surface and refrigerate for 2 hours. -
Finish
Remove from the mold and top with chopped pistachios.
Yield
- Makes 1 large bar (180–200 g)
